BUSHMAN SCORES 1,000th POINT

Emmanuel's senior guard Brittany Bushman (Portsmouth, NH) reached the highly coveted 1,000-point plateau in a 94-65 victory at Mount Ida College on Wednesday night (2/6/08). She entered the game 11 points shy of 1,000 points in her four-year career. Bushman reached 1,000 points just five minutes into the second half of play. She ended the game with a 12 points and 5 steals on the night. Bushman is the 18th player in Emmanuel Women's Basketball program history to reach this milestone, as well as the second player to do so this year.
